This Shipping & Delivery policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:

Please carefull review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventoryand will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given fordelivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimated only.
For EU and UK customers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
Please be advised that courrier costs could change depending on your location, the courrier we use or unforeseen circumstances. Once it is sent, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
If you are being a subscription, we will deliver on: Each month at the pre-set date of your choice.
Product substitution can be made up to 5 days prior to your delivery.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We deliver worldwilde shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additonal taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such addtional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O boxes.
Orders only shipped on business days Monday to Friday.
To ensure same delivery day, orders must be placed before 2pm.
WHAT HAPPENED IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If your delivery is delayed for any reasons, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimate date for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@storyandwine.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3-day cooling off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
